A rapidly changing environment demands an agile organization that can respond adequately. This requires thorough capacity management to find a balance between personnel and work. You will help transform capacity management into a dynamic and integral process.
What you will do.
- You will be part of the management team and a sparring partner for the team leader.
- With your in-depth knowledge of capacity management, you will be a full-fledged discussion partner in various (national) consultation forums with partners in this field.
- You will build task-oriented networks and shape change based on support.
- You will translate, prepare, and implement national policy within the unit.
- You will represent the unit in national development platforms from your specialization.
- You will advise on the direction and impact of national changes and monitor developments in the field outside the organization.
- You will help focus the change agenda for the field within the unit.
- You will work on further professionalizing processes and collaboration within the unit to enable a complete PDCA cycle.
- You will analyze data and, based on new insights, propose innovative solutions, working methods, and instruments.
- You will continuously contribute to a consistent working method and ensure the same message is conveyed.
- You will monitor the progress of internal agreements and identify learning moments.
- You will facilitate discussions about this within the team and ensure that 'lessons learned' are collectively achieved.
- You will do this in a people-oriented and coaching manner to promote the expertise of operational management.

What they ask
- HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level, preferably a degree in business administration.
- Extensive experience as an advisor and with capacity management and planning.
- Willingness to obtain a CM diploma by completing an internal training course.
Practical
- There is room for 1 FTE.
- Extensive development opportunities.
- Temporary appointment for a probationary period of one year, with conversion to a permanent appointment upon satisfactory performance.
- An Individual Choice Budget (IKB) consisting of a gross part of 17.86% of the salary and a net part of € 515.91 per year.
- Excellent pension accrual with ABP and paid parental leave.
- A reliability investigation is part of the selection procedure.
