Energy Transition Project Leader

Responsible for the entire project process, from start to delivery.

Leading the construction team, including execution and engineering.
Identifying risks and efficiently solving problems.
Ensuring the quality, safety, and profitability of projects.
Coordinating the deployment of people and resources.
Maintaining communication between all stakeholders.
Monitoring financial progress and reporting to the operations manager.
Working on projects aimed at strengthening the power grid for the energy transition.
Involved in the expansion of the electricity grid due to increasing demand for electricity from sustainable energy sources.
Participating in a district-oriented approach in collaboration with a grid operator, using data to predict bottlenecks.
Activities include replacing cables and installing and improving transformer substations.

Proactive and able to motivate and inspire a team.
Leadership qualities to deliver projects successfully, on time, and within budget.
Ability to work independently as a project leader.

What they ask

Completed (technical) HBO education (higher professional education).
Experience and/or knowledge of electrical engineering, low voltage, and/or medium voltage.
Experience in a similar role in installation technology.
Knowledge of standards, laws, and regulations.
Financial insight.
Driving license B.
