To strengthen a consulting team, a Financial Controller is sought to join the finance department of one of their clients.
What you do
- Ensure the overall management of the organization.
- Implement budget models, indicators, dashboards, tools, and procedures to ensure compliance with set objectives.
- Collect and analyze financial and accounting information related to the various departments of the organization.
- Monitor budget compliance, compare accounting statements with reporting results, control inventories, and propose budgetary solutions.
- Implement management tools.
- Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and carry out the annual closing.
- Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies.
- Establish forecasts and evaluate turnover.
- Plan and coordinate the budget cycle.
What they ask
- A diploma specialized in finance, accounting/management, with at least 7 years of experience in Management Control.
- Experience in: advanced budget/forecasting modeling, financial reporting, process automation, preparation of group consolidation results, first adoption of IFRS and BEGAAP standards, audit support.
- The ability to step back and provide real added value in consulting, both to clients and internally.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of another ERP system is a plus.
