You are an important link within a department that supports operational management. The Business Office facilitates in the areas of Personnel, Information Provision, Finance, Administration, Communication, Housing and Safety, Health and Environment. The focus is on material logistics, finance, and administration within a government organization.
What you do
Material Logistics / Crypto Management:
- Management and administration of crypto equipment
- Issuing and taking in crypto resources
- Management of CCIRS, registration, distribution, destruction, and physical security of crypto equipment
- Monitoring compliance with procedures and security regulations
Finance:
- Entering requirement statements (ATBs) in SAP
- Adjusting ATBs based on purchase quotations
- Requesting performance statements for invoice payment
- Entering goods receipts and/or service entries in SAP
- Monitoring the IVB process, performing checks, and inquiring about statuses
Administration:
- Processing capacity needs
- Setting up SAP for time registration
- Creating time entry rules in SAP
- Completeness check of door registration
- Supporting employees with time registration
- Generating reports
What they ask
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed education or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of business operational support systems, or willingness to acquire it
- Knowledge of department products and services
- Insight into chargeback methods and techniques
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for consultation and coordination

Practical
- A security screening is part of the selection procedure
