What you do
- You take daily leadership and responsibility for the functioning of inside sales across multiple locations.
- You gradually develop inside sales towards greater coherence, clarity, and efficiency.
- You start with an analysis of current operations.
- You clarify roles and collaboration between teams.
- You propose new processes that support and embed KPIs and a management and follow-up methodology.
- You guide the teams through this evolution, with attention to maturity, collaboration, and ownership.
- You ensure a more consistent and high-performing operation.
Profile
- Experienced interim manager who has proven capable of concretely advancing an organization in transition.
- Background in inside sales, sales operations, or customer operations.
- Experience in setting up or harmonizing processes.
- Experience in guiding teams through change.
- Tactical operational people manager, comfortable at the intersection of operations and people management.
- Brings structure and clarity, without rigidity, and knows how to make change concrete in daily practice.
- Combines analytical ability with pragmatism and translates complexity into workable solutions.
- Commercial mindset and familiar with KPIs, CRM, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on and can-do mindset.
Practical
- Works in a Belgian multi-site context.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
