You will be the driving force in a scrum/agile team, working closely with a Business Analyst to determine how business processes can best be translated into a ServiceNow application. You will discover opportunities, devise, and build smart Low-Code solutions that accelerate current and future operational processes. Sufficient attention is paid to innovation, knowledge building, and sharing.
What you will do.
- Be the driving force in a scrum/agile team.
- Collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to translate business processes into a ServiceNow application.
- Discover opportunities, devise, and build smart Low-Code solutions.
- Accelerate current and future operational processes.
- Hold bi-weekly meetings with end-users and present delivered work.
- Critically think along about how the application can best support business processes.
- Continuously ensure optimization of built solutions.
- Assist with management and further development.
What they ask
- University (WO) level of thinking and working, at least an HBO bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Work experience with application development is required.
- Minimum ServiceNow CSA certificate.
- A ServiceNow CAD certificate is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining IT software applications (Generic).
- Experience coaching junior colleagues.
- Experience working with Scrum/Agile and DevOps.
- Experience with requirement analysis for non-IT users.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ERD).
- Experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Experience in creating functional and technical designs.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
Practical
- A mandatory security screening and reference check are part of the selection procedure.
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of a government organization.
- Dutch nationality is required.
- Internal candidates are preferred if suitable.
