Preference is given to one candidate who can perform both project management and policy advisory roles in educational housing. It is also possible to offer one candidate per role. The project largely concerns the replacement of existing buildings for primary education, in combination with other social facilities. Various spatial and social developments play a role, including a possible area development, location choice, and housing expansion in the vicinity.
What you will do. As a Project Leader for educational housing:
- You will organize, coordinate, and lead a new construction project for primary education, in combination with other social facilities.
- You will monitor the progress and coherence of the project.
- You will coordinate with involved parties.
- You will prepare the necessary choices and decision-making.
As a Policy Advisor for educational housing:
- You will work on the further development and elaboration of the public organization's policy for educational housing.
- You will elaborate the policy principles from the Integrated Housing Plan (IHP).
- You will contribute to the revision of the IHP.
- You will prepare the revision of the Educational Housing Ordinance.
- You will, where necessary, elaborate policies, policy rules, work processes, and work instructions.
- You will perform other recurring policy-related tasks in the field of educational housing.

- Recent and extensive work experience as a project leader and/or policy advisor in the field of educational housing.
- Recent and extensive work experience in the field of educational housing within a public organization.
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.
Preferences.
- Preferably 1 person available for 32 hours.
- Demonstrable work experience with a school board.
- For the project leader part: 3 completed MFC new construction projects, knowledge of sustainability, circular construction, energy supply.
- For the policy advisor part: experience with the entire advisory and decision-making process of the OOGO and the IHP.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the legal aspects of educational housing and real estate.
