You work independently on-site at one of our clients and ensure that everything related to intake, guidance, and planning runs smoothly.
From the first introductory meeting to the further development of employees: you are visible, involved, and always accessible. Thanks to your people-oriented approach, flexible workers feel heard and supported, while clients can count on a reliable HR partner who thinks along and looks ahead.
What you will do.
- You ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of both the client and the flexible employees.
- You guide flexible employees throughout their career, from onboarding to evaluation and performance reviews.
- You maintain daily contact with clients, team leaders, and employees and are the first point of contact for various HR issues.
- You support flexible employees in their development by actively thinking with them about growth, performance, and future opportunities.
Profile
We are looking for an HR consultant who listens with genuine attention, motivates people, and builds bridges between talent and organization.
- MBO 4 diploma in HR or a comparable field.
- Experience in conducting interviews with team leaders.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
- Driving license B and own car for travel between locations.
