As a project leader, you will contribute to projects and assignments that have an impact on the organization and beyond. One of the first major challenges is to help shape a new real estate company. The assignments are very varied and may concern Facility Management matters or support for department heads. The team is new and in full development, with priorities, roles, and collaboration methods being determined jointly.

What you do
- Ensure that the goals, budget, and timing of projects and staff assignments are clear to everyone.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and adjusting projects and staff assignments as needed.
- Conduct stakeholder and risk analyses when necessary.
- Report on progress to the project sponsor and the steering committee.
- Be the first point of contact for colleagues.
- Actively involve colleagues and stakeholders in the execution of projects and staff assignments.
- Bring colleagues and stakeholders together around common objectives.
- Have a broad interest in the field of Facility Management, preferably with expertise in at least one area: facilities, building management, construction projects, or real estate.
- Synthesize complex information into clear and understandable notes and advice.
- Flexibly take on various staff assignments, including information gathering, analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
