You will realize real estate projects and play a key role in establishing and implementing Results-Oriented Collaboration (RGS) within an organization. You are personally responsible for the success of this working method. Two chain partners have been selected to start pilot projects, and you will contribute to a sustainable, effective collaboration. This role focuses not only on projects but also on achieving results and structurally improving collaboration.
What you do
- Translate projects from the strategic plan into concrete maintenance and sustainability assignments
- Realize real estate projects from initiation through completion and aftercare
- Draft functional requirement specifications as a basis for RGS projects
- Manage collaboration with advisors and chain partners
- Prepare and substantiate business cases and investment proposals
- Monitor progress, costs, quality, and risks, and adjust in a timely manner
- Prepare decision-making for the management team, board, and supervisory board
- Report on progress, finances
- Monitor contractual agreements and KPIs and address partners on their performance
Profile
You are a strong professional who maintains an overview and takes ownership. You easily switch between strategy and execution and know how to engage stakeholders.

- Higher professional education (HBO) / university (WO) working and thinking level
- Experience with real estate projects (maintenance, renovation, and/or sustainability)
- Experience with management and directing external parties
- Knowledge of Results-Oriented Collaboration (RGS) or similar forms of collaboration
- Ability to switch between content, process
- Several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role within complex projects
Preferences.
- Preferably experience within a housing corporation or other social organization
Practical
You will work within a dedicated real estate team and report to the Real Estate Manager. You will collaborate closely with, among others, the Planned Maintenance Project Leader, a Real Estate Information employee, and a New Construction and Sustainability Project Leader. The organization is committed daily to its tenants and offers room for personal initiative and ideas.
