At a specialized alarm center, you work at the highest level. You assess live situations, directly contact emergency services, and intervene when necessary. As an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), a security density of 99% is achieved. From the control room, the safety of domestic and international clients is monitored daily. The control room is the heart of the operation, where risks are identified in a timely manner and incidents are prevented.
You act quickly, maintain an overview, and respond adequately when every second counts. The organization operates 24/7, with an emphasis on evening, night, and weekend shifts. In collaboration with emergency services, interventions are carried out weekly in suspicious situations. You work within an international organization that supports other alarm centers in Europe.
