Administrative Advisor
You will take on a broad strategic advisory role within a regional library organization that is undergoing significant development. You will advise the director-administrator and the management team, maintain relationships with various municipalities, and liaise with educational, cultural, and social organizations. The goal is to translate strategic choices into policy, implementation, and results.
This is not a classic policy function, but a role where you contribute ideas, provide direction, ask probing questions, and take responsibility.
What you will do.
- Advise the director-administrator and the management team
- Maintain relationships with the collaborating municipalities
- Translate societal and administrative developments into concrete choices
- Connect internal objectives with external expectations
- Draft and refine policy documents, annual reports, reports, and multi-year plans
- Identify risks, opportunities, and administrative sensitivities
- Support the director-administrator in the administrative field and collaborate in contacts with municipalities
- Prepare, co-think, and debrief administrative matters
- Clearly communicate the organization's content, results, and objectives back to the municipalities
- Work closely with the director-administrator, managers, and domain specialists within a self-organizing structure
