As a project leader for area development, you will work on challenging and diverse spatial development projects within a governmental organization. You will contribute to a new organization-wide program for strategic area development. The projects include, among other things, the development of business parks and the redesign of public spaces. The distribution of specific projects will take place after the assignment has been awarded.
What you will do.
- Realize business park developments, housing plans, infill development plans, urban area transformations, or the redesign of public spaces.
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and information provision.
- Collaborate with employees from the Spatial & Projects team.
- Contribute to the development of a diverse business park offering.
- Realize spatial planning possibilities and the sale of plots.
- Establish the spatial planning framework and prepare land for construction and habitation.
- Conduct searches for new locations for business parks.
What they ask
- Demonstrably completed university master's degree.
- Demonstrable work experience in public-private partnerships in area development projects.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader/developer in spatial projects within a municipal organization and/or housing corporation.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with project, process, and environmental management for spatial procedures and/or area developments.
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years with drafting environmental plans and spatial elaborations.
- Demonstrable work experience in coordinating (multidisciplinary) project teams and coordinating activities.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader/developer in the field of business parks.
