As a home care nurse, you are a valuable healthcare provider for patients in their familiar home environment. Personal contact makes home care a very rewarding job. You will join an integrated care team.
What you will do.
- Administer injections
- Administer medication
- Perform wound care
- Provide hygienic care
- Apply advanced nursing techniques
- Handle nursing files quickly and efficiently via a tablet
- Travel with a company car in your own region
Profile
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5, basic nursing) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Be socially engaged
- Prioritize the well-being of the patient
- Clear and correct communication with the patient and supervisor
- Correct processing of administration
- Willingness to work one weekend out of two
- Driving license B
