This position is within a specialized hospital center that is part of a large healthcare institution.

The institution is a reference player in the healthcare sector and comprises over 50 operational sites and more than 2,000 beds, covering three major sectors: mental health, general and specialized medicine, and support for the elderly.

What you do

You are a key player in the logistics chain of the hospital institution.
You contribute to the smooth functioning of services by ensuring, in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards, the reception, storage, preparation, and distribution of goods.
You also play an essential role in monitoring and optimizing stocks, guaranteeing the availability of products necessary for the institution's activities.
Under the authority of your hierarchical manager, you collaborate closely with various departments and ensure professional, courteous, and quality contact with internal and external clients.

Management of goods receipts and entries:
Ensure the reception of delivered goods and verify their conformity with purchase orders.
Collect, control, and record all documents necessary for tracking receipts (purchase orders, dispatch notes, internal requests, etc.).
Register receipts in the Purchase-Logistics chain management software.
Qualitatively and quantitatively control goods, identify anomalies, and ensure their reporting and traceability.
Storage and organization of the warehouse:
Store accepted goods respecting defined locations and optimizing storage areas.
Prepare storage zones and ensure efficient organization of the warehouse.
Ensure the stocking or processing of direct purchases.
Stock management and monitoring:
Monitor stock levels and rotations.
Conduct the annual physical inventory as well as the perpetual inventory.
Identify, via the IT system, shortages or surpluses and trigger necessary replenishment actions.
Establish periodic order proposals and monitor deliveries, including reminders in case of delay.
Preparation and distribution of goods:
Pick goods from stock and prepare orders for various departments.
Make prepared packages available.
Communication and internal relations:
Handle telephone calls related to warehouse activity.
Maintain professional, courteous, and efficient contact with internal departments and suppliers.

Certificate of technical or vocational secondary education and 5 years of relevant experience in a warehouseman role.
Team spirit and sense of contact, fostering effective collaboration with internal departments and partners.
Precision and rigor in task execution and adherence to procedures.
Sense of organization, method, and concern for order in warehouse and stock management.
Availability and adaptability to service needs.
Versatility in carrying out various logistics missions.
Proactivity, ability to anticipate needs and propose improvements.
Proficiency in IT tools and management software necessary for stock tracking, data entry, and traceability.

This is a full-time replacement contract.
