For a government organization, there is a backlog in building supervision and enforcement. You will help clear this backlog in addition to regular duties. The assignment has a chance of extension.
What you will do.
- Perform building inspections and ensure compliance with environmental permits
- Assess construction work against laws and regulations
- Evaluate and follow up on violations, including re-inspections
- Independently handle and complete supervision and enforcement files
- Record findings in reports
- Coordinate with permit issuers, enforcers, and external parties

- Demonstrable work experience as a building supervisor at a government organization
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding construction, supervision
- Experience with independently performing building inspections and managing enforcement files
- You can start quickly and work independently without a long onboarding period
Practical
- A workplace at the organization's office, where presence is customary.
- You will be employed and seconded to the organization. If you currently work as a freelancer, this is also possible through secondment as an employee.
