Technical Coordinator Maintenance Electromechanics
This is a project-based role lasting 1 to 3 years within a production company. You will contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and quality standards. The environment is characterized by technology, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement.
What you will do. As a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily management of the technical department and act as the bridge between maintenance and production. You combine operational leadership with technical expertise and actively participate in various improvement and implementation projects.
Your responsibilities.
- Daily coordination of the technical department and maintenance activities
- Managing, coaching, and supporting technicians
- Monitoring preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Organizing daily collaboration between production and the technical department
- Participating in operational meetings with production and other stakeholders
- Co-developing and implementing new processes, procedures
- Ensuring correct registration and safeguarding of technical data in maintenance systems
- Supporting the further rollout of quality and maintenance standards
- Contributing to the integration of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles within the organization
- Monitoring the safety, quality, reliability, and availability of installations
Profile
Technical background.
- Master Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, or equivalent by experience
- Preferably a specialization in electromechanics, maintenance techniques, or industrial automation
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical coordination in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and technical installations
Sector experience. Experience in one of the following sectors is a significant asset:
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Food industry
- Chemical industry
- Process industry
- Other highly regulated production environments
Preferences.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
Language skills.
- Fluent communication with both production and technical teams
- Dutch and French, primarily able to express oneself in the other national language
- Bilingualism is a significant added value
