Business Analyst

• Analyze data and identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations to support decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Align with various stakeholders to clearly map out needs and expectations.
• Support projects and monitor progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure that solutions align with defined business needs.

What they ask

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Affinity with applications, APIs, and service design.
• Experience in translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Knowledge of project monitoring, planning, and risk management.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex matters.
