What you will do.
- Guide employees through absence, recovery, and sustainable employability
- Investigate factors influencing recovery and what is needed to remain healthy and sustainably employed
- Advise employees and employers on work capacity, absence, prevention, and sustainable employability
- Collaborate intensively in a trio with the occupational health physician assistant and absence case manager
- Assess, from various expertises, what an employee and organization need
- Further develop yourself as an advisor and partner for employees and employers

- Completed medical degree and a valid BIG registration
- Interest in occupational health and a conscious motivation to develop within the field

- Ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals

Profile
Experience in occupational health is not necessary. Personality, motivation, and potential are at least as important.
