What you will do. You will strengthen the specialized service for locomotor rehabilitation/geriatrics and assist patients with their intensive rehabilitation. The specialized service treats patients with locomotor disorders due to injury or intervention, involving a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, and paramedics.
- You will work in a multidisciplinary and quality-oriented manner.
- You will be actively involved in the medical and nursing care, rehabilitation, and reactivation of the patient.
- You will assist patients in all forms of locomotor rehabilitation.
- You will meticulously observe, coordinate, and evaluate patients and nursing care.
- You are an important link in the continuity of care.
- You will support the department with administrative tasks (e.g., updating the electronic patient file).
- You will contribute to the organization's quality label.
Profile
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing, are a graduated nurse, or a basic nurse.
- You have a warm heart for patients.
- Quality care is paramount. Integrity and respect characterize you.
- You are a true team player and adapt easily to different situations.
- You communicate fluently, but discreetly.
- You are proficient in Dutch and speak some French.
