An organization is looking for an IT Program Manager to lead a strategic ERP transformation program in a complex and large-scale environment. The consultant will focus on the transformation from SAP ECC to a future ERP solution, the choice of which is currently under study. The consultant will also lead several strategic projects and contribute to the structuring of test management, governance, and change management.
What you do
- Lead the transformation from SAP ECC to a new ERP solution.
- Participate in the definition and management of a European public tender for the selection of the future ERP solution and its integrator.
- Lead the migration, transition, and process standardization phases.
- Monitor projects in terms of scope, planning, budget, resources, risks, and issues.
- Identify and integrate the needs of key users into the various strategic projects.
- Implement and ensure structured test management.
- Lead change management, in collaboration with the business and dedicated teams.
- Guarantee the support and training of end-users.
- Contribute to PMO follow-up: capacity, budget, planning, and reporting.
- Implement effective project governance, notably via Jira and TOPdesk.
- Work in compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 requirements.
Profile
- You have confirmed experience in Program Management / IT Project Management, ideally acquired in complex ERP transformation contexts.

Preferences.
- Knowledge of other ERPs, notably Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo, is an asset.
