You report directly to the CEO, in constant collaboration on the company's financial and strategic direction.
What you do
- Building and scaling the finance function as the company grows
- Business partnering with the CEO on financial and strategic decisions across the company
- Providing financial support throughout M&A processes, from analysis to integration
- Owning investor and board reporting
- Leading and coaching the finance team, using automation and finance technology
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Maximum 15 years of experience in finance (preferably in a high-growth environment)
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a strong plus
- Experience in the SaaS or software industry is a strong plus
Practical
- Option for freelance (€600 to €700/day) or payroll
- Direct, constant collaboration with the CEO
- A young, dynamic scale-up environment with room to grow alongside the company
- Active involvement in the company's M&A trajectory
