What you do
As a Recruiter & Talent Ambassador, you are the driving force behind finding and selecting the right professionals for clients. You focus entirely on recruitment and selection and play an active role in the organization's online visibility.
- Thoroughly analyze vacancies and the corporate culture of clients
- Creatively write and publish attractive job descriptions
- Actively search for and approach candidates via databases, social media
- Screen CVs, conduct telephone and physical interviews
- Organize selection procedures (assessments, reference checks, etc.)
- Guide candidates through the entire application process
- Follow up on placements and ensure an optimal candidate experience
- Take initiative on social media: share vacancies, success stories, and employer branding content (e.g., on LinkedIn)
- Contribute to thinking about campaigns and actions to increase the organization's visibility
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- First experience in recruitment or selection is a strong asset (enthusiastic graduates are also eligible)
- Communicative, energetic, and creative mindset
- Affinity with social media (LinkedIn is a must, other channels are a plus)
- Ability to work independently, proactively
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch, fluent knowledge of French and English
- A true team player who wants to grow together with colleagues
- Residing within a 30 km radius of the workplace
