This assignment is with an organization committed to 'ICT for Society'. These advanced ICT systems enable clients to guarantee even more efficient services in areas such as work, family, and health. Specific ICT systems, for example, make paper medical prescriptions obsolete and ensure social coverage for millions of employees.
What you do
- You are an IT Recruiter capable of speaking the business language and finding the most sought-after IT experts
- You manage the talent acquisition process from A to Z
- You analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles
- You identify potential candidates via social networks, targeted searches on specialized platforms, and the internal database
- You support candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing
- You act as a true recruitment partner for various stakeholders
- You represent the organization at job fairs, university/college events, and other IT events
- You fully leverage social networks to continuously develop your network and that of the organization
- Depending on your interests and acquired expertise, you may also contribute to general HR projects
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources
- You have a strong affinity for IT
- You have relevant experience in recruitment, ideally for IT profiles
- You have a good oral command of Dutch
