What you will do. As a quality officer, you are an important link between policy, implementation, legal affairs, functional management, and the back office. You ensure that consultants can perform their work well, carefully, and consistently, with an eye for quality, legality, feasibility, and process improvement within reintegration, work, and participation.
- Update letters, decisions, and reports in the system for reintegration and civic integration.
- Coordinate changes with legal affairs and functional management.
- Translate policy regarding the Participation Act and Civic Integration into workable processes, methods, and work instructions.
- Discuss bottlenecks and improvements in work processes with the back office and colleagues.
- Identify process deviations and initiate improvement actions.
- Guide casework meetings and support consultants with substantive questions.
- Provide individual work guidance and participate in reintegration team meetings.
- Perform file checks (e.g., for ESF, SRG, trajectories, and participation files).
- Monitor sub-tasks from the Work and Participation implementation plan.
- Develop and maintain work processes and work instructions, for example in a documentation system.
- Coordinate with the coordinator of a "Werkcafé" and with quality officers within the social domain.

- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a quality officer/advisor within the social domain at a government organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with the Participation Act, General Administrative Law Act (Awb), and related laws and regulations within the social domain.
- Demonstrable work experience with optimizing work processes and quality improvement within a government organization.
Preferences.
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the direction of SJD, law, or public administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience with quality assurance, peer review, or process optimization.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience with the Participation Act, policy rules, jurisprudence, and insight into legality, efficiency, and careful decision-making.
- Demonstrable work experience with a specific software system (Suite).
- Demonstrable work experience as a quality officer in the field of debt assistance.
- Demonstrable work experience as a consultant within the Participation Act.
