An organization is looking for a part-time Quality Manager to monitor, improve, and implement quality. You will be the reference for Quality & Regulatory. You will manage and optimize the quality management system according to ISO 22716 – Cosmetics GMP, monitor product quality and compliance, and translate laws and regulations within the cosmetics sector into practice. The position can be filled 3 or 4 days a week, with sufficient presence at the office.
You will report directly to management and work closely with Operations, Purchase, Product Development, and Sales teams.
What you will do.
- Manage and optimize the quality management system and policy.
- Monitor ISO 22716, product compliance, and relevant cosmetics regulations.
- Follow up on product documentation, specifications, claims, and non-conformities.
- Conduct audits, risk analyses, root cause analyses, and CAPAs.
- Monitor product quality and take responsibility for product release and any recalls.
- Analyze complaints and translate insights into structural improvements.
- Report Quality KPIs to management.
- Coach and guide a team and ensure that quality is lived across different departments.
Profile
- Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or a comparable role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 22716 – Cosmetics GMP, audits, CAPAs, risk analyses, and regulatory compliance within cosmetics is a strong asset.
- Analytical, accurate, yet communicative and connecting.
- Takes ownership, dares to critically question existing working methods, and is diplomatic where possible and firm where necessary.
- Comfortable in a part-time role with visible presence within the organization.
- Gains energy from guiding people and building a strong quality culture.
