Physician ANW services

• You perform ANW services (evening/night, weekend) on a flexible basis.
• You answer medical questions from caregivers/nurses.
• You assess whether you can handle inquiries by phone or if an on-site physical assessment is required.
• You work independently but can always consult with a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine.
• You meticulously register your consultations in the Electronic Client File.

• side job alongside your training (ANIOS, AIOS, HAIO, PhD candidate)
• first clinical work experience (recently graduated basic physician)
• additional income alongside another job or assignment

What they ask

• A completed medical degree and valid BIG registration.
• Driving license and access to a car.
• Availability outside office hours (shifts are by arrangement).
• Eagerness to learn and independence.
• Affinity with elderly care is a plus, but not a requirement.

As a physician at a healthcare organization, you primarily work from home. During your shift, you are the first medical point of contact for healthcare professionals in nursing homes. Most inquiries are handled by phone. You are never alone: backup is always available, and consultation is easily accessible. The organization provides 24/7 medical care to vulnerable elderly people throughout the country.

You work in a digitally supported work environment, and training opportunities are available through an internal academy. You are part of a dedicated team with short lines of communication and a collegial atmosphere.
