You will work on exciting assignments within a government organization. The projects are challenging and varied. You will work on realizing (inner-city) area transformations for, among other things, housing, business activity, and mobility. You will lead projects ranging from inner-city housing developments to area developments around public transport hubs, in various phases of the area development process.
What you will do.
- Lead project teams and work with them towards important project results.
- Take the lead in achieving project results.
- Translate political-administrative principles into projects and (partial) results.
- Monitor the progress, budget, quality, and information provision of projects.
- Handle communication and participation with residents and other stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and experience with less experienced colleagues and coach them on content.
- Work on more complex area developments (housing or business parks).
- Work on infrastructure improvements in collaboration with a provincial authority.
- Prepare for the realization of a station and the surrounding area.
