A public educational institution is looking for a temporary replacement for an educational process employee, with a focus on internationalization, education, and research support. Internationalization is a key priority for the institution. Students are given many opportunities to internationalize their study path. The institution has a large number of incoming and outgoing exchange students and a wide range of international partners and projects.
The research domain is evolving strongly due to the increasing number of PhD students and externally funded projects. The education domain offers support to study programs and lecturers on various fronts.
What you will do. You will primarily contribute to the administrative process and support related to:
- Incoming and outgoing exchange students (within the internationalization domain)
- Certain tasks within the education domain
- The follow-up of the doctoral committee (within the research domain)
A varied package of administrative tasks where you will work closely with colleagues for internationalization, education, and research support. Some examples include:
- Contributing to the follow-up of files for incoming and outgoing exchange students.
- Following up on questions from exchange students, providing targeted information, and guiding them in preparing their files.
- Providing support for the practical organization of information sessions about studying abroad.
- Supporting the preparation, reporting, and follow-up of the doctoral committee.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
- You are administratively strong and have at least a bachelor's level education or equivalent through relevant work experience.
- You are familiar with the use of Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are communicative.
- You have a very good knowledge (written and oral) of the English language. This is a must.
Practical
- If you are immediately deployable for all tasks of this position, you will start at grade 5.
- Promising candidates who cannot immediately take on all tasks or who need to complete a specific training trajectory will start at grade 4.
