What you will do. As a Data (Platform) DevOps Engineer, you will work on the further development and expansion of a business-critical data platform within a high-security IT environment. The focus of the assignment is on ETL, Informatica PowerCenter, data quality, and data warehouse solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Connecting and unlocking new data sources
- Developing and managing ETL processes with Informatica PowerCenter
- Improving and monitoring data quality
- Building and managing data warehouse solutions
- Performing data cleansing and data migrations
- Translating business needs into appropriate data solutions
- Implementing and managing CI/CD and DevOps processes
- Automating development, testing, and release processes
- Designing available, scalable, and reliable systems
- Working according to Agile and DevSecOps principles
- Applying security by design, privacy by design, and zero-trust principles
Profile
For this assignment, someone with at least three years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role is sought.
- Extensive experience with PowerCenter, ETL, data quality, and data warehousing is important.
- Experience with SAP Data Services and Cognos is a plus.
