For a critical transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings structure to complexity, takes ownership, and engages stakeholders at various levels. You will join a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving and rapidly transitioning from a startup to a scale-up. Within a complex program, multiple tracks run in parallel, with your focus on concrete implementation and operationalization.
You translate a clearly defined scope and contractual agreements into a workable reality within the organization. In doing so, you never lose sight of operational feasibility. You take ownership, ask the right questions, dare to challenge, and ensure that decisions are actually executed.
What you do
- You take the lead on the implementation of a complex, multi-track program.
- You monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across different projects.
- You translate scope, agreements, and objectives into concrete actions and operational processes.
- You bring structure to complex situations and ensure clear planning, dashboards, and reporting.
- You identify blockages and proactively come up with pragmatic solutions.
- You work closely with various domains, including Operations, HR, Legal, Communication, and IT.
- You manage stakeholders from operational level to senior management and C-level.
- You ensure that projects are measurable and audit-ready.
- You monitor the business impact and ensure that solutions are effectively workable in the field.
- You constructively challenge decisions and existing working methods.
- You facilitate consultations and ensure clear agreements, ownership, and follow-up.
- You ensure that projects do not get stuck in analysis but actually lead to execution and results.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- A demonstrable track record with complex and high-impact projects.
- Experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional/organization-wide projects.

- A true solution mindset: you see problems, but primarily come up with solutions.
- Takes ownership and independently brings things to a successful conclusion.
