A municipal cooperation organization is looking for an environmental permit officer. You will be responsible for processing and advising on environmental permits and related issues. You will act as a link between various parties.
What you will do.
- Guide and advise the client (case manager) on concept applications, environmental permit applications, notifications, and information obligations.
- Be the internal and external point of contact and advisor regarding (permit-free) construction and environmental plans.
- Act as a connecting factor between the organization, residents, and entrepreneurs.
- Areas of expertise: housing, area development, landscape and spatial quality, urban planning and aesthetics, Environmental Act (Omgevingswet), Quality Assurance Act for Building (WKB), recreational homes, environmental plan, permits.
Profile
As an environmental permit officer, you are responsible for processing and advising on environmental permits and related issues, and you act as a link between various parties.
What they ask
- Completed MBO or HBO degree in Construction.
- Completed ABW 1 certification.
- 3 years (for HBO) and 5 years (for MBO) of experience in a similar role at a municipality.
- Able to independently handle complex permit applications.
Preferences.
- Familiarity with the region of the municipal cooperation organization.
- Knowledge of/experience with RXMission.
- ABW 2 is a plus.
