What you do
- Facilitate and make decisions in complex and challenging environments.
- Lead various care teams and ensure practices function well.
- Manage your own agenda and be regularly present at locations requiring the most attention at that time.
- Coach employees and promote collaboration.
- Responsible for personnel policy, including recruitment, interviews, and absence guidance.
- Seek new opportunities for service provision.
- Translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive working environment where teams can grow.
- Monitor quality, achieve objectives, and implement policies.
- Maintain contacts with chain partners.
- May be periodically scheduled for on-call duties in accordance with the Primary Care Collective Labor Agreement.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with a relevant HBO degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multiple (large) teams, including personnel and operational responsibility.
- Preferably experience within (primary) healthcare, where stakeholder management skills have been developed.
- Possesses a driving license B and is flexibly deployable.
- Identifies with the core competencies: sensitive, strong communicator, connector, persuasive, and intrinsically motivated.
- Knows how to remain calm and act adequately in stressful situations.
