Temporary replacement for an employee on sick leave within the Space & Society team of a public organization.
- The assignment focuses on concrete security challenges that need to be prepared or completed during this period.
- Taking over relevant ongoing files and activities to ensure the necessary continuity.
- Activities align with existing working methods and responsibilities within the team and are carried out within the applicable municipal policy and decision-making processes.
What you will do.
- Draft the public organization's Damocles policy.
- Draft a sub-policy plan on Cybercrime as part of the Integral Security Policy.
- Prepare and coordinate integrated controls.
- Participate in the local subversion discussion table with internal colleagues and the police.
- Identify developments in the field of subversion, public order, and digital security and translate them into policy and advice.
- Advise management and the organization on issues within the security domain.
- Represent the organization in relevant internal and external meetings.
Profile
- Involved in policy development, advice, and coordination with internal and external security partners.
- Close collaboration with colleagues within the organization, the police, and other involved organizations.
- Ensure continuity within the security domain.
- Participation in existing consultation structures, including the local subversion discussion table.
- Coordinate ongoing files, advise management and the organization.
- Represent the organization in relevant meetings.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as an advisor focused on Public Order & Safety policy at a public organization.
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.

- Demonstrable work experience in drafting Damocles policy, explicitly detailed in work experience.
- Demonstrable work experience in drafting policy focused on cybercrime.
- Demonstrable work experience within the local 'driehoek' (triangle) or security networks.
- Demonstrable work experience with subversion and integrated controls, explicitly detailed in work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a policy advisor focused on Public Order & Safety at a public organization.
