As a Housing Advisor, you will, together with colleagues, make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of the public housing program, housing policy, and multi-year plans within a government organization. You bring analytical sharpness, connecting ability, and extensive experience within the public housing domain. You formulate guiding advice that forms the basis for joint decision-making and implementation.
You work intensively with housing corporations, tenant organizations, regional partners, and internal teams. Together, you translate developments, data, and signals into clear policy choices and executable programs. You monitor the coherence between housing initiatives, liveability, target group policy, and the quality of the living environment, ensuring that advice aligns with administrative ambitions and practical feasibility. The advisor will also take on the guidance of a colleague.
In addition, you handle subsidies, realization incentives, and starter loans, and you represent the organization in regional consultations on, among other things, housing, vulnerable properties, caravan policy, and public housing. In this role, you are a connecting link between strategy and implementation.
