  • Collaboration between different disciplines around therapy, diagnostics, and psychiatric support.
  • Importance placed on substantive consultation, critical reflection, and a warm, respectful approach to clients.

What you will do.

  • Clinical observation during research.
  • Collecting and organizing relevant diagnostic information.
  • Processing and interpreting research results.
  • Integrating findings from various information sources.
  • Writing clear and nuanced diagnostic findings.
  • Consultation with clinical psychologists and other involved disciplines.
  • Contributing to the further substantive development of our diagnostic operations.
  • Always working within a broader diagnostic trajectory and in close collaboration with clinical psychologists and other involved healthcare providers.

What they ask

  • Bachelor of Applied Psychology.
  • Relevant experience with psychodiagnostic research.
  • Sufficiently independent in preparing and conducting diagnostic research moments.
  • Familiar with administering and scoring diagnostic instruments.
  • Experience with clinical observation and reporting.
  • Ability to critically interpret research results, not solely based on test scores.
  • Ability to bring together different sources of information to form a nuanced diagnostic picture.
  • Affinity and preferably experience with diagnostic questions around neurodivergence.
  • Careful and reliable work.
  • Open to multidisciplinary consultation and substantive feedback.
  • Able to align with a neuroaffirmative and strength-based vision.
  • A solid foundation in diagnostics and familiar with psychodiagnostic work to take on responsibility independently.

Practical

  • The collaboration takes place on an independent basis.
  • Offer
  • A warm and open workplace with room for difference, individuality, and professional growth.
  • A committed multidisciplinary team where collaboration, collegiality, and mutual respect are central.
  • Regular intervision moments and team meetings.
  • Much flexibility in scheduling hours and agenda.
  • The possibility to align your commitment with your own availability.
  • Room to work therapeutically, take on diagnostics, or combine both.
  • Access to diagnostic instruments and materials.
  • Substantive consultation and alignment with colleagues and other involved disciplines.
  • Room for personal initiative and further professional development.
  • The opportunity to actively contribute to building a neuroaffirmative test battery and further shape our diagnostic vision.
  • A professional and pleasant practice environment.
  • Administrative and practical support.
  • Expectation that new colleagues not only align substantively with our operations but also want to commit as part of the team.
  • Looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, is open to consultation, and wants to help build a warm and substantively strong practice.
