MBO Work and Learn (BBL)

• You attend school one day every two weeks.
• The rest of the week, you work and learn within the organization.
• Classes are taken as much as possible in your region, with fellow students who also work for the organization.
• You work on themes, covering various subjects.
• Theoretical lessons are provided by a specialized teacher.
• You immediately apply theory in practice with assignments tailored to your workplace.
• You are guided by a colleague (practical trainer).
• A BPV supervisor visits several times a year to provide further assistance.
• You work on practical assignments in the store under professional guidance.

What they ask

• Some experience working with colleagues, customers, and/or food.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Depending on the chosen education: vmbo diploma or transfer certificate from 3 to 4 havo/vwo.
