- Working on designing organizational structures, governance, decision-making processes, and the setup of organizations.
- Applying experience with the 'hard' side of the profession: developing robust organizational models that make organizations stronger, faster, and more agile.
- Independently tackling complex organizational issues and guiding design projects.
What you do
- Independently leading organizational design projects: from analysis to implementation.
- Analyzing and advising on governance, processes, hierarchical structures, and control mechanisms (operating model).
- Collecting and processing data for (quantitative) organizational analyses, for example, regarding effectiveness, efficiency, and span of control.
- Facilitating workshops on organizational structures and processes.
- Guiding the implementation of new organizational structures.
- Contributing to the development of new methodologies and propositions within the team.
Profile
- A completed university master's degree (e.g., in business administration, public administration, organizational sciences, or economics).
- Three to six years of relevant work experience in organizational consulting or an (internal) strategic advisory role within a large organization.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing organizational models and solving governance issues.
- In-depth knowledge of the 'hard' side of organizational design (operating model).
- Experience in translating strategic objectives into a concrete organizational structure.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to make complex issues understandable.
- Entrepreneurship and the ambition to contribute to the further growth of the team.
