The current team manager is on long-term leave. An interim business operations team manager is urgently sought to keep daily operations running and simultaneously lay the foundation for the business operations team based on a new organizational plan. A contribution will also be made to the structural fulfillment of the position. The team manager is a member of the organization's management team.
During this assignment, you will ensure stability within the business operations team and be the first point of contact for employees in the planning and scheduling, information provision, logistics and management, and support clusters. The focus is on the renewed organization of the business operations team, and as an MT member, you have a keen eye on the ongoing development of the organization. You determine the direction of ongoing and new projects.

- Daily management and support of employees in the business operations team
- Ensure stability within the business operations team

- Determine the direction of ongoing and new projects (what needs to be done now, later, and not at all)

- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the field of Facility Management
- Demonstrable work experience with change or implementation projects in the field of business operations within a safety region
- Demonstrable work experience as a business operations team manager at a regional ambulance service, specifically focused on the organization and ongoing development of a team
- Agreement with the stated secondment condition
