Lead construction activities on site at a pharmaceutical company.
- Work according to applicable safety regulations.
What you do
- Prepare and assess work permits, using RAMS and method statements.
- Prepare and daily follow up on detailed site planning.
- Supervise delivered quality and applicable safety regulations.
- Organize and lead daily and weekly site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and pharmaceutical quality requirements.
- Coordinate disciplines such as civil, piping, mechanics, HVAC, electricity, and automation.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities.
- Report directly to the project manager.
Profile
- Technical diploma at Bachelor or Master level.
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial construction processes, of which 5 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
- Experience with brownfield projects.
- Knowledge of GMP environments and validation requirements.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong focus on safety, holding a VCA vol, Nebosh, or equivalent.
- Familiar with MS Project or P6.
- Knowledge of Atex regulations is a plus.
- Experience with cleanroom projects is a plus.
