What you do
- Planning of class and exam schedules for multiple study programs.
- Support for the correct processing of exam results and the organization and preparation of deliberations.
- Various additional administrative tasks, such as diploma processing, organizing feedback moments, and special needs exams.
- Providing input for process optimizations, co-developing improvements, and taking an active and independent role in this.
- Being the first point of contact for students, lecturers, and colleagues, ensuring correct and clear communication.

- Minimum a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
- Preferably experience in a similar position.
- Eager to learn and open to acquiring new applications (planning system, SAP...).
- Able to be flexible and easily switch between different tasks.
