As a Business Analyst, you contribute to optimizing processes, systems, and data within an e-commerce organization. You translate the wishes of internal stakeholders and customers into clear requirements for IT and other involved teams. You collaborate closely with a Senior Business Analyst and various teams on practical improvements, analyzing, documenting, testing, and following up to deliver effective solutions.
What you will do.
- Gather and record stakeholder wishes and pain points
- Develop and document requirements, processes, and user stories
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to translating business needs into IT and data solutions
- Ensure alignment between business, IT, and other involved teams
- Support testing, validation, and acceptance of solutions
- Clearly communicate findings, progress, and areas of attention
- Contribute to careful implementation and adoption of improvements
What they ask
- Experience with process analysis, requirements, or supporting improvement projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, or the ability to quickly learn them
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role is a plus
- Experience with data, e-commerce, or IT environments is a plus
- A higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, or demonstrable equivalent work and thinking level, for example in business informatics, IT, information management, or data & analytics
