Logistics Administrative Assistant

• Check and approve rates: assess client and carrier rates in FMS and process them correctly.
• Handle client invoicing according to agreements, plus self-billing (credit notes) for carriers via a dedicated carrier portal.
• Request costs via portals like 4flow and Transporeon and monitor correct processing.
• Address discrepancies and complaints: investigate missing or incorrect costs and ensure a conclusive solution.
• Coordinate with Operations regarding rates, new tenders, and changing regulations.
• Ensure timely administrative closing at month-end and actively contribute to process improvement in FMS.

What they ask

• MBO level, preferably in logistics, transport, or (financial) administration.
• Experience with invoicing, rates, or a TMS is a plus.
• Work accurately and be energized by figures, systems, and administrative processes.
• Be analytical and practical: identify and resolve discrepancies in costs or rates.
• Maintain an overview while liaising with clients, carriers, and colleagues, being service-oriented yet critical.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
