A sheltered living facility is looking for a counselor. Clients face psychiatric issues, with addiction being a primary concern. The guidance focuses on stabilization and exploring possibilities for independence.
What you do
- Observe clients and signal changing behavior to act accurately and timely.
- Guide clients in their recovery process, including drafting recovery plans using the SMART method and conducting semi-annual evaluations with the client and their relatives.
- Work according to the IRB methodology and register and report findings in the Electronic Patient Dossier (EPD).
- Conduct a personal counseling session at least once a week with the clients for whom you are the personal counselor.

- Act from a place of calm.
- A completed MBO-3 or MBO-4 education in Social Care, Social Work, or a comparable field (required).
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
