All health insurers, care offices, municipalities, and approximately 45,000 healthcare providers are affiliated with them. With smart IT systems, they make the exchange of administrative data as secure and easy as possible. The organization is in full development, and its service portfolio will expand rapidly.
To maximize relationships with suppliers, the team is being expanded with proactive contract managers.
What you will do.
- Responsible for supplier management, contract management, and contract administration.
- Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal supplier performance, in collaboration with contract owners.
- Contribute to successful collaboration with current and new IT suppliers.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle.
- Ensure that contractual agreements are properly recorded, managed, and complied with.
- Play a proactive role in the continuous development of contract and supplier management.
- Contribute to the improvement or refinement of contract terms and service levels agreed with suppliers.
Profile
- HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level, with a background in or affinity with IT.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in contract and supplier management within IT procurement (from software to IT services).
- Able to gather, organize, use, and present necessary information.
- Experience with and within the Dutch healthcare system is a plus.
- A completed NEVI education is a plus.
- Knows how to act and communicate at various levels, both orally and in writing.
- Takes responsibility and can identify sensitivities, risks, and opportunities, and act accordingly.
- Is capable of making decisions.
