For temporary reinforcement, a municipal organization is looking for a Housing and Public Housing Advisor. The advisor works on current and strategic issues in the broad field of housing and public housing. The focus is on collaboration with housing corporations, performance agreements, the housing task, and the realization of sufficient, affordable, and suitable housing.
The advisor is an independent and strong discussion partner for the administration, civil service organization, housing corporations, developers, and other involved parties. He/she connects policy, implementation, and projects and advises on housing policy, housing construction programming, locations, and land positions.
What you do
- Manages the process for the realization of the Public Housing Program and translates this into concrete implementation measures.
- Drafts, updates, and monitors the execution of performance agreements with the housing corporation.
- Advises on housing construction programming, affordability, social rent, and housing for various target groups.
- Guides the realization of the implementation program of the Housing and Care Vision.
- Supports and advises on housing construction and housing projects, including issues concerning locations and land positions.
- Advises, where relevant, on land prices, land affairs, and land policy in relation to the housing task.
- Prepares administrative advice and decision-making and conducts official and administrative discussions on this.
- Ensures connection between internal disciplines and external partners and translates relevant developments into the municipal housing task.
The result of the assignment is that demonstrable progress is made on the mentioned topics, and that policies, agreements, and implementation measures are concrete and administratively usable.
