Personal supervisor

Within a residential group, you guide participants who live in their own studio but temporarily need support to get their lives back on track. You help them step by step towards greater independence or a suitable housing arrangement, through practical, methodical, and goal-oriented guidance in their own living environment. Together with your colleagues, you work on stability, structure, and increasing self-reliance.

Your responsibilities.

• Inventorying the request for help and, together with the participant, gaining insight into the situation and possibilities
• Drawing up and implementing guidance plans, tailored to the personal goals of the participant
• Guiding participants in daily living skills, such as structure, household management
• Supporting contact with agencies and arranging practical matters
• Signaling developments, evaluating progress, and adjusting the guidance plan if necessary
• Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to provide the most appropriate support
• Contributing to a safe, stable, and supportive living environment within the residential group

This is you.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level (preferably Social Work or Social Services)
• You have knowledge and insight into human behavior and relevant methodologies
• You are socially skilled and can handle complex and sometimes challenging situations well
• You are stress-resistant and can switch in crisis situations
• You communicate strongly, both orally and in writing
• You are a Christian and can explain what this means to you
