You will work on innovative products for the medical and life-science industry, where electronics, software, and mechanics converge. You will maintain an overview, bring the right people together, and ensure projects stay on track within a company specializing in medical technology.
What you do
Within the R&D department, you will guide various product development projects. You will collaborate with engineers, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering, and also serve as the point of contact for customers and external partners.
- Establish and monitor project plans, scheduling
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor quality, progress, and safety requirements
- Identify and manage risks and bottlenecks
- Support Sales with technical information for quotations
- Guide the transfer from development to production
You will have a lot of responsibility and work closely with the R&D Manager and various technical specialists.
What they ask
- A completed technical or technical-business HBO or university degree
- Several years of experience in a technical environment, for example as a Project Engineer, Project Leader, or Lead Engineer
- Experience in guiding or coordinating technical projects
- Affinity with electronics, software, and/or mechanics
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
Preferences.
- Experience with Medical Devices, life science, or a regulated development environment is a plus
