What you do
- Translates formats and ideas into concrete productions
- Involves young people from the community in topics, questions, and creative choices
- Prepares shooting days both content-wise and practically
- Arranges participants, guests, locations
- Shoots independently in the studio and on location
- Works professionally with camera, lighting
- Directs and creates a setting where young people can be themselves
- Monitors storyline, tempo, and visual quality
- Edits online episodes, videos, reels, and online content for YouTube, TikTok
- Collaborates closely with the content creator/communication officer
