In this role, you combine knowledge of absence management, data analysis, and financial insight with practical and applicable advice. You primarily help SME employers gain control over absence, costs, and policy, with an eye for both figures and people.
What you do
- Independently perform absence scans for SME clients
- Analyze absence, inflow, and claims data
- Prepare clear reports and substantiated advice
- Advise on absence policy and approach
- Advise on appropriate interventions and the deployment of occupational health services
- Advise on insurance issues, including ERD Sickness Benefits Act
- Present analyses and advice to clients
- Act as the primary point of contact within advisory projects
- Collaborate with HR, management, and executive leadership in an advisory role
- Monitor project progress and quality
- Identify improvement opportunities with existing clients
- Contribute to commercial opportunities (in collaboration with colleagues)
- Contribute to the improvement and innovation of services
- Structure your own planning and activities

- Several years of relevant work experience within the absence management domain
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and advisory projects
- Financial insight into absence costs and claims
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Certified 'Regie op Verzuim' (a plus)
